1. Try to improve time management and stay on top of projects.
2. Keep in good habits in order to stay motivated to do work.
3. Try to have pride in work.
4. Stay on top of reading in order to widen design perspectives.
5. Use internet and other resources to keep up to date with contemporary design practice.
6. Improve presentation skills for crits etc.
7. Try to take influence from sources other than Graphic Design.
8. Develop software skills.
9. Embark on research visits in order to gain cultural awareness.
10. Try to improve confidence within the group.
